Although Friday’s performances for Pharrell’s ‘Something In The Water’ Festival were rained out, we were able to catch some great performances the Fader Fort event at Peabody’s Nightclub in Virginia Beach.  The event was free for SITW ticket-holders, but you had to register online. The place was packed and the drinks were flowing as up and coming artists like Melii, Young Crazy, and Shordie Shordie performed.

Rae Sremmurd’s, Slim Jxm, kept the crowd rocking all night as the DJ. In between sets, he stopped for pictures with fans. From City Girls to Juvenile, Jxm had everyone on their feet the entire night.

Trinidad James was a surprise guest at the Fader Fort event. He played pool and took photos and videos with fans as the showcase went on.

This event was highly successful in bringing a platform to celebrate new artists and served as a great start to the ‘Something In The Water’ Festival weekend.

Special thanks to Fader for inviting us to the event.
