In January, things came crashing down for R.Kelly after the Lifetime docuseries ‘Surviving R. Kelly‘ aired. We received details from victims and other people in the industry about his relations with underage girls. He’s now facing 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault involving four underage girls and is also under investigation in Georgia. No trial date is set but he’s been losing money quickly as he supposedly has $625 to his name after money was taken from his bank to pay off his unpaid studio in Chicago.

Kelly will continue to get exposed as now, we’re getting a sequel to Surviving R. Kelly, according to Deadline. It will be titled “Surviving R. Kelly: The Impact” and will air on May 4 at 10 PM ET. The original Surviving R. Kelly lasted for two hours for three straight days.

The Impact will discuss people surviving sexual assault, how Surviving R. Kelly has impacted the culture, and the significance of being a survivor. It will be hosted by hosted by journalist Soledad O’Brien. Journalists, legal experts, non-profit organizations and psychologists will also be discussing R. Kelly, footage from the first documentary,  his meltdown during his CBS interview with Gayle King, and the victims who still have Kelly’s back.

Hopefully R. Kelly is brought to justice soon, unlike in 2008 where he beat the child pornography case. Check out the trailer below.
