Outspoken and brash, D.L. Hughley has made quite the name for himself, over the past twenty years. Most people met D.L., for the first time, on “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.” That episode, where he played one of Will’s (Will Smith) friends from back home was his first TV spot.

Certainly, it would not be the last, for D.L. Hughley, who would have his own TV sitcom, just two years later. After a four year run, Hughley would return to doing standup. But, the past decade has seen him dominate radio, which recently turned into TV, via TV One.

D.L. Hughley recently visited Big Boy, at Real 92.3, and the discussion was about his new show. Touching on the topics of his show, Hughley tackled two of 2019’s biggest headlines, R. Kelly and Jussie Smollett. He gave his take on those situations, plus other topics, during their conversation.
