The Chicago Police Department announced tonight that Empire actor Jussie Smollett is now facing a felony charge for filing a false police report after lying about suffering a hate crime from two men. Those two men turned out to be brothers and Smollett was involved in helping stage the entire incident. Smollett surrendering to get arrested is now the next step.
To no surprise, 50 Cent had to get some jokes in about this incident. He took to Instagram to post a meme about Smollett on the cover of 2Pac’s album “All Eyez On Me.” The title says “Gay 2Pac: All Liez On Me.”
In 50’s caption, it said “It’s 2019 people, things are a little different now. Commander Emanuel Gonzalez would say,if you see him shoot him on sight.” This is in reference to NY police officer Gonzalez recently telling cops to shoot 50 on sight.
