More artists continue to boycott Gucci and are not wearing their apparel anymore after they sold a racist blackface sweatshirt last week. From T.I. to Soulja Boy, they’re calling for everyone to stop giving Gucci their hard earned money.
Floyd Mayweather recently said that he isn’t participating in the boycott and isn’t following what everyone else is doing. 50 Cent clowned Mayweather on IG today by posting Mayweather in what looks like that blackface sweater. The caption said “Get the f*ck outta here champ.” The two have been beefing in what seems forever now after being good friends before.
50 also posted on IG a video of him burning his white Gucci t-shirt. He’s said he’s getting rid of anything Gucci in his home and isn’t supporting their brand anymore. Expect more artists to announce their boycott of the luxury brand this week.
