NBA Youngboy continues to be one of the hottest young rappers out but also has a hard time of staying out of legal trouble. Today, he was arrested on misdemeanor charges of possession of weed, (less than an ounce) use of fighting words and physical obstruction with another, per TMZ. A female friend named Starr Thigpen was also with them.
They were at the Hyatt hotel in downtown Atlanta. A housekeeper tried to enter the room and Youngboy told Thigpen to get her out. She ended up hitting the woman in the face. The police report states that Thigpen continued the fight until the maid was able to get away and call police.
Youngboy and Thigpen were taken to the Atlanta City Detention Center. Youngboy will have a court hearing on Tuesday morning. Thigpen was charged with disorderly conduct, act of violence toward another, disorderly conduct, physical obstruction of another, and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.Youngboy was in deep trouble last year as he beat up his girlfriend and got hit with felony kidnapping charges.
