It’s too much foolishness going on in Black History Month already.
Italian luxury clothing line, Gucci, is receiving backlash for selling a sweater that appears to resemble “blackface.” The $890 black sweater, has a balaclava attached near the neck. When it is brought up to cover the person’s mouth, it looks like oversized red lips, which is a how one would describe as “blackface.” The sweater has been removed from the Gucci website.
So are y’all still going to be Gucci down to the socks or nah?
