A woman in Paris has been accusing Chris Brown of rape in his hotel room. Earlier today, he was released from custody in Paris today with no charges filed. Now, Breezy is looking to make sure the woman faces legal repercussions for the accusations.
According to TMZ, Brown will sue the woman for defamation. His lawyer Raphael Chiche says the defamation case will be filed tomorrow and it will be handled with the prosecutor of Paris.
The rape investigation is still ongoing but Brown is free to leave France. Brown denied the accusations immediately as he said no assault took place in his Paris hotel room as he was simply playing music from his phone for about 20 people.
Prior to this alleged incident, Chris Brown kicked off 2019 with a bang as he’s riding the momentum of his new “Undecided” single. The video for it has already generated over 22 million YouTube views.
