A few years ago, Young Dolph was in Charlotte, NC for CIAA weekend but that was overshadowed by his Mercedes SUV getting shot at 100 times. The car was bulletproof so Dolph left without a scratch. All evidence pointed to Blac Youngsta being responsible. Youngsta is signed to Yo Gotti’s CMG label. Gotti and Dolph have had beef for years now and so that looked like the motive for the shooting.

Youngsta being responsible was revealed due to the fact that a report from police said that the car being used was in his name. Youngsta admitted that it was his. He will now go to trial for attempted murder on February 6.

Police also listed Frederick Black and Antavius Gardner as co-conspirators in trying to take Dolph out. Dolph did end up getting shot in Los Angeles that fall though. Yo Gotti’s name came up for being responsible but he quickly ended up not being listed as an official suspect by police anymore.

Dolph released his “Role Model” album last fall which featured the hit single “Major” featuring Key Glock. He’s currently on his Role Model Tour with Kap G which lasts until February 10 in Milwaukee.
