The Game was scheduled to tour across Canada this month but that isn’t happening after being denied entry to the country by its government, according to 10 at 10. The opening letter read “Dear Jayceon Terrell Taylor, I am writing to advise you that I have refused your application for a Temporary Resident Permit.”

Tickets for every show will be refunded to fans. The Canadian Border Services Agency denied The Game’s claim that he was detained while processing documents. The International Touring Agency also released a statement regarding the tour cancellations.

“Due to circumstances beyond the artist, management, agency and promoter’s control, we regret to announce that “The Game’s Canadian Tour 2019″ is canceled due to the Canadian Government denying the artist’s TRP application to enter legally into our country.”

The Game has dealt with issues in trying to get into Canada in the past as he was also denied in 2011. Canada is known to have very strict border control with government officials not being lenient regarding someone’s record. This could have played a huge role with The Game getting denied. Hopefully this eventually gets resolved so it doesn’t get in the way of his bag anymore. Check out the full email letting The Game know of his admission into Canada getting denied and the International Touring Agency’s full press release regarding the tour cancellation below.
