By now, a lot of people may have forgotten, but Fabolous is a big reason why hip hop is even on Twitter. Way ahead of the curve, Fab was tweeting about everything. His comments led to all kinds of controversies, early on.

Fabolous was one of the first celebrities to get trolled, when a fake T-Pain account dissed him. Despite their “Baby Don’t Go” past, Fabolous went in on his friend, before realizing it was a hoax. Not long afterward, Twitter rolled out verifications.

Since then, nearly every other celebrity has joined Twitter, and these types of rants are far more common. But, 2009 is coming back to bite Fabolous, one more time. His tweet about the girl in the R. Kelly sextape has caused controversy, as Twitter is showing him no mercy.
