Tekashi 6ix9ine is topping the charts with his debut album “Dummy Boy” but can’t experience the project’s success due to being locked up on racketeering, murder conspiracy, weapons, and assault charges in New York City. His trial is set for September 4, 2019 and can’t see his freedom until at least then.

Prior to getting caught up with the feds in this case, 6ix9ine was already battling a case from three years ago where he was involved in sex with a minor. It was settled this fall as he was given no jail time, four years of probation, and 1,000 hours of community service. According to TMZ, 6ix9ine’s verdicts in this case have been thrown away due to this current federal case.

The four years of probation and 1,000 community service hours are voided, and he will be given credit for these. 6ix9ine’s lawyer Lance Lazarro also added that because he’s locked up, terms of probation and community service can’t be enforced. 6ix9ine’s current fed case could also carry a life sentence.

6ix9ine was also dealing problems with his own team as he fired everyone, including former manager Shotti Aka “Tr3way.” Tr3way is also locked up on the same charges. TMZ also revealed that members within his own camp, including Tr3way, plotted on killing 6ix9ine after his recent Breakfast Club interview.
