From 2009-2012, Trey Songz was the biggest name in R&B. After doing music, for years, Trey finally found his groove, and he rose to the top of the game. There was no coincidence, according to Trey, that he took off, once he cut his hair.

Trey Songz has continued to be a fixture, but it has not quite been the same, since 2012. His singles don’t last as long and his music isn’t connecting how it once did. These two new projects Trey Songz dropped, though, have people paying attention again.

Recently, Trey Songz stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he talked to DJ Envy and Angela Yee. The three spoke on Blood Brothers, the new movie that he’s starring in. During the interview, he addressed the culture of journalism, new music, and he had some choice words.
