6ix9ine is back to facing some serious legal issues as he is facing life in prison and has been denied bail. He was initially taken in by feds on racketeering charges but more have surfaced including different murder, drugs and weapons charges around New York City.

6ix9ine even went on to offer his entire bank account balance of $1.7 million to post bail but was still denied. His lawyer Lance Lazzaro said to XXL that the charges placed in front of the Brooklyn rapper are way too harsh. Despite the circumstances, he still believes that Daniel Hernandez’s (6ix9ine) charges will be dropped.

“I believe that the charges against him is an over-charge by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and that when the facts come out I am confident that the charges will be dismissed as it relates to Daniel Hernandez,” said Lazzaro.

6ix9ine is also said to have taken part in an armed robbery in April and used the firearms in the alleged racketerring and conspiracy. This was all in retaliation for the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods that he was affiliated with being threatened. All of the charges though date back to incidents in April and July of this year.

The full list of charges against 6ix9ine are 20 years in prison for racketeering conspiracy, 25 years to life in prison for using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to, or possessions a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence which was discharged; violent crime in aid of racketeering, three years for violent crime in aid of racketeering, seven years to life for using or carrying a firearm during and in relation to, or possessing a firearm in furtherance of, a crime of violence, which was brandished, and three years for violent crime in aid of racketeering. These charges are extremely serious. 6ix9ine has beat many cases in 2018 but this will be very difficult to overcome. He is now in a Brooklyn prison where he’s been placed among the general population.
