Some of the press for Cardi B has been bad, over the past few months, but she’s learning what it means to be a star. Last year, Cardi B only had “Love & Hip Hop” under her belt. Being on that show helped make her into a real celebrity, as she was already big on social media.
Cardi B had dreams of being the biggest rapper in the game and she lived up to that. Many of her “Love & Hip Hop” scenes deal with her pursuing her career, while others said she should give up. By last summer, nobody was saying that.
Instead, people were trying to discredit her hits, but after Cardi B returned with “Be Careful” and “I Like It,” nobody can deny her. Her album recently went platinum, but Cardi B is dealing with some legal drama. Today, she turned herself into authorities, where she will be charged, but not face any jail time.
