Two Chicago young girls, ages 11 and 17, were shot; People are outraged to learn the 11 year old, Mahogany Galloway, was shot in the chest and demand something be done

Just when it seems like it’s getting better, which it is, overall, something devastating happens. The violence in Chicago has been going on for a very long time. This is something Kanye West has shed light on in his music, from the beginning.

But, this weekend proved to be dangerous for Chicago sisters. The two were preparing to go back home, as Alicia Galloway, age 17, was picking up her little sister, Mahogany. That was to be something simple, but now two young ladies have been shot.

Thankfully, Alicia only was grazed, in her hand, but Mahogany, who is only 11 years old, was shot in the chest. As her life hangs in the balance, people are outraged. They are continuing to demand something be done about the ongoing violence in Chicago, at the hands of the gun.
