One of the Kardashian’s has been accused of stealing a concept from a minority designer, once again. Designer, Tanaya Henry, has blasted Kim Kardashian and photographer, Marcus Hyde for stealing her concept for Kim’s lipstick promos. She claims that Marcus was her friend and photographer for her line, Laced By Tanaya, before he started working for Kim. Kim used a lip jewelry that resembled the ones from Tanaya’s line. She also said that the Kardashian family has worn her line before and could’ve easily worn it for this shoot. She posted pictures of her old photo shoots for her lip jewelry and they are very similar to the ones Kim and Marcus just released.
Marcus has since replied to Tanaya’s accusations saying he just got hired to take the photos and go home. Kim has not responded to the accusations. This wouldn’t be the first time the Kardashian/Jenner family has been accused of stealing concepts, especially from minority designers.
