Few rappers possess the gift that Fat Joe has, which is the ability to make a hit record. This man knows how the maintain his youth, despite his advanced age, and make big records. Not since 2008 had Fat Joe had a hit, but “All The Way Up” became the summer anthem.
What is overlooked in Remy Ma’s return to prominence was Fat Joe’s heavy involvement. As her subsequent music hasn’t had that same reach, Fat Joe is the missing ingredient. But, Fat Joe has had a hand in countless careers.
Fat Joe returned to “The Breakfast Club” to drop more gems. Once again, he was with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God to discuss his latest. Their conversation touched on the streets, depression, his new music, and much more.
