This year has seen several new artists emerge and become major forces in the game. But, City Girls seems to have a special kind of appeal. Quickly, this Florida duo has taken over the game, and they are signed to QC.
Since 2013, QC has become an increasingly rising force in the music industry. The label built around Migos, but have also signed Lil Yachty and even Cardi B to a management deal. This year, it looks like the year for City Girls and Stefflon Don.
However, a few days ago, rumors emerged that JT, one half of the group, was facing fraud charges. The charges led to her turning herself in today. This is why #FreeJT is trending.
