A lot of people complain about this generation of hip hop, but this is actually the best era hip hop has ever had. Yeah, the leaders of the new school are a different breed, but the veterans are still hot. As expected, they don’t drop music all the time, but they consistently do shows.
This is a unique time in hip hop, when Jay-Z and Beyonce are going on tour and Eminem is also on the road. People come out for it, because they know it’s not something that happens every day. Living up to his legacy, Eminem offended people with his recent performance.
At Bonnaroo, in Tennessee, Eminem had gunshots playing, which people mistook for being real. Because of what’s been happening at concerts, many people were horrified, and then upset when they found out it was fake. In typical Eminem fashion, he took the backlash in stride, and then fired off a shot of his own.
