This new generation of rappers are much more controversial than those in previous years. The year of 2017 is one of the more realigning years of hip hop. Prior changes in sound have been emerging for years and have finally taken hold.
Trippie Redd is a leader of this new generation, but he is also one of the most-controversial rappers in history. The amounts of violence these rappers display are unprecedented. Plus, their actions towards females are something old school rappers didn’t stand for.
This morning, DJ Akademiks reported on Trippie Redd getting arrested for violence. The popular rapper is being accused of pistol whipping a woman. He was arrested, earlier this month, on similar charges, and is being held in custody in Fulton County.
