What has happened to Lil’ Kim is something everyone is going to have to deal with in life. People get older and they sometimes fall from popularity. Not everyone in life will be a rapper, but people experience variations of this, in all walks of life.
Lil’ Kim was one of the biggest rappers in the game in the mid-1990s, until 2005. Since early 2006, Lil’ Kim hasn’t had a major hit single, and is usually an afterthought. When reports of her filing for bankruptcy hit, she got a lot of press and social media attention, though.
Already, Lil’ Kim responded to curious haters, on her IG Live. But, she got the biggest response, when she took the Summer Jam stage. Her looks, alone, showed that Lil’ Kim is no joke, nor has she ever been one, as she did the dang thing, just by showing up, and people can’t get enough of her.
