This morning, the NFL handed down their official ruling. Teams are allowed to kneel before games, but they will be heavily penalized, giving up 15 yards, to start the games. As badly as players and teams want to win, the NFL figures this will stop the kneeling.
However, there are people who simply believe this will only lead to more problems. What spilled over into the NFL, is a cultural issue, which has been going on for decades. Social injustices against minorities, primarily the black community.
Literally, the players are no longer standing for it, pitting fans against each other, owners, and more. Roger Goodell has now painted a huge target on his back, in the case of minorities. The people on Twitter have began putting Goodell and the NFL on blast.
