In 2005, Mike Jones blew up, and he is one that came out of nowhere, early in the year. First, he delivered “Still Tippin,” which became one of 2005’s first hits. The song also featured Paul Wall and Slim Thug, becoming a massive hit.
However, Mike Jones soon had a much bigger single. During the summer of 2005, Mike Jones dropped “Back Then,” and it became one of the biggest records of the year. After that, Mike Jones had a series of features, most-notably T-Pain’s “I’m In Luv (Wit A Stripper)” remix.
Mike Jones has since been forgotten by the masses, although he did do a mixtape with DJ Junior, a few years back. But, Mike Jones got a major kick out of a fan saying he sounds like Quavo. Sharing the DMs, Mike Jones let it be known who was who, and told them to check their history.
