With his first album, in years, out, Wasted Talent has Jim Jones all over the place. Twelve years ago, Jim Jones came out of nowhere to become one of the biggest artists in the game. Jones did what few people could, when he got Jay-Z to respond to his diss track.

Ultimately, Jim Jones later admitted he was trying to get Jay-Z on his record, and he did. The Harlem rapper soon replaced Cam’ron as the face of Dipset. In the years since then, Jim Jones has actually signed with Roc Nation, and does a lot of reality TV.

Jim Jones stopped by “The Breakfast Club,” where he spoke to Envy and Charlamagne. They talked about Jim Jones’ new cell phone venture and Dipset, speaking on Cam’ron and Juelz Santana. He also explained what he and 50 Cent have going on.
