A major issue, in the United States, is human trafficking. Several people have gone missing, over the years, and there is even a show dedicated to missing people. However, there have only been a select few films that actually have touched on the topic.
Paula Patton, Deon Taylor, and Roxanne Avent came together to tell this story on Traffik. The movie cast Roselyn Sanchez, a veteran TV actress, best-known for being on “Without A Trace,” for the film. She played the role of Malia.
Roselyn Sanchez talked to Hip-HopVibe.com, sitting down with MJ, at the Traffik junket. The conversation started with her talking about the human trafficking crisis in America. She also discussed her character and how she connected with this role, versus others.
