Forever on her hustle, Kandi Burruss is always looking for new business ventures. After putting in nine years on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” it was only a matter of time before she got into producing. In the spinoffs she’s had on the show, Kandi usually executive produced.
Kandi also negotiated, following the fallout of the previous season, to change the show’s cast, and got Xscape a show. It looks like that was her testing the water for something bigger. A few days ago, it was reported that Kandi was behind “Haute Lanta,” a new reality show.
For this show, she cast Marlo Hampton, her on/off rival, from #RHOA, of the past six years. It turns out, Marlo was on her rival ish, when it came time to create this show. According to reports, production on “Haute Lanta” halted, due to demands from Marlo Hampton.
