This year, James Harden has worked hard to make sure he was the best player, in the NBA. It wasn’t hard, as LeBron James had team struggles, Steph Curry and KD had injuries, and DeMar DeRozan isn’t quite ready. That left Harden to put forth an MVP season.
The Houston Rockets won a franchise record 65 wins, and they have gotten off to a solid start, in the playoffs. In the first round, they dispatched the Timberwolves, despite strong play from Jimmy Butler and Derrick Rose. Now, they have Donovan Mitchell’s Jazz.
There’s never a time when the Utah Jazz are not a tough team, but the strong play from James Harden held Houston down. Eventually, they got their win, and Lil Wayne was there to congratulate Harden. That was a big moment, but Rockets’ fans are telling Harden to ignore that blonde giving him the eye, in the back.
