Season two showed the promise that “The Quad” had, but the show was never not good. Definitely, Anika Noni Rose did her thing, as the main character, Eva Fletcher, running a HBCU, as a woman. The season finale saw her fired as the head of GAM U.

Obviously, season three would’ve seen Eva (Fletcher) get her job back, but now the firing is permanent. The show also saw Peyton Alex Smith become a star. Added exposure also helped Katlynn Simone also expand on her star power, from “The Game.”

“The Quad” also brought Jazz Raycole back in her first starring role, since she was a child. But, unfortunately, the show which also had recurring roles from Big Boi, Jasmine Guy, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Ruben Santiago-Hudson, and Sean Blakemore.
