Last week showed why Coach Hardwick (Sean Blakemore) is as guarded as he is. From the jump, fans of “The Quad” wanted him to get with Eva (Anika Noni Rose). Despite their undeniable chemistry, the two have yet to cross that line.
However, Coach has seen his storyline open, and his wife is now being shown. Yes, their marriage is strained, well nearly over, but it’s clear they still love each other. Even with how frustrated he is with her, Coach risked his life for her.
Tonight’s episode revealed Coach won the gun battle, and ended up killing the man after his wife, for the money. After a brief run-in with Eva, the two went back home, and made love, with Coach having flashbacks of the shooting, in his mind, leading fans on Twitter to say that whole thing was just too much.
