Hip hop’s conscious has always lived through Common, as he has always tried to operate from outside of the box. This was a big reason why he joined Kanye West’s G.O.O.D. Music, when he was just getting his start. The Chicago rapper has now moved onto more acting work.
Common has put out music with many of the most well-known artists in the game. What’s ironic is how it seems as though he and Fat Joe have never crossed paths. The irony in this is how Fat Joe has definitely made his rounds, in the industry.
It turns out, Common and Fat Joe do have a history. On the latest episode of “Coca Vision,” his TIDAL podcast, Fat Joe had Common as a guest, and they spoke on the time Joe saved him. Their conversation also touched on the president.
