Nipsey Hussle talks new album, West Side protocols, Cardi B, Diddy, and more on #TheBreakfastClub [VIDEO]

Simply because of how long Nipsey Hussle has been around, it’s crazy that his debut album is just dropping now. Towards the end of 2017, the rising LA rapper signed a joint venture with Atlantic Records. Already, he was the head of his own label, which is now partnered with Atlantic.

Nipsey Hussle has been dropping mixtapes, that were of the same quality of albums. In 2013, Nipsey Hussle dropped Crenshaw to much fanfare. How he marketed that project led to many other artists borrowing the format.

Recently, Nipsey Hussle sat down with “The Breakfast Club,” talking with DJ Envy, Angela Yee, and Charlamagne Tha God. Speaking on his album, he discussed Kendrick Lamar, and his business ventures. Due to the gang culture, he spoke on colors, the West Coast protocol, and Cardi B’s comments, Diddy, and more.
