One of the internet’s favorite pastimes just took place. A quote from an interview went viral and people proceeded to drag the person, all over social media, with no details. Once again, an ESPN host is the target of the rant.
Cari Champion, formerly of “First Take,” during the Skip Bayless era, recently spoke on dating. The topic was dating white men, as opposed to black men. While she said white men were “easier” to date, it was somewhat clear that black men were her preference.
However, that didn’t matter to the people, on social media. This was an opportunity to drag somebody and Cari Champion just happened to be that somebody. They have been going in on her, all day long, over her comments, which were taken out of context.
