The good news just keeps coming in for Cardi B and it’s hard to not be proud of what she’s accomplished. A year ago, Cardi B was still doing “Love & Hip Hop” and had just dropped her second mixtape. Fan support was there for GBMV2, but it was only a portion of her success.
Once “Bodak Yellow” dropped, everybody knows the rest and Cardi B is still reaping the benefits. There is never a such thing of something happening too soon, or anything of the like. Very simply, Cardi B took over the game, and it didn’t matter who else was making moves.
Cardi B is fresh off her collaboration with Bruno Mars and was recently announced as a Grammys performer. Since then, Cardi B has received even more good news. Now, she has “Bodak Yellow” out here going quadruple platinum.
