This year saw the continued emergence of Chance The Rapper, as a star in the game. While he didn’t have a successful radio single, this year, DJ Khaled featured him on “I’m The One.” That put him on his first record to top Billboard.
Chance The Rapper has won the masses over and he’s making his own impression on the game. It turns out, there is a lane for nice guys in the rap game. With that, Chance The Rapper is also unafraid to speak his mind.
The Chicago rapper recently was reading some of Talib Kweli’s tweets, and he spoke out. Talib Kweli asked if Eminem is the Elvis of rap, then who is Michael Jackson. Chance The Rapper said Lil Wayne is easily the obvious answer to that question.
