Still, it seems as if there are a lot of people simply shocked with exactly how Cardi B took the game over. Every year, there is always an artist that has late summer success. Usually, that artist is a relative newcomer, but what Cardi B did was just insane.
Cardi B established herself as the face of “Love & Hip Hop,” but made it clear this wasn’t her endgame. Before wrapping her run up, Cardi B signed a $10 million deal with Atlantic Records. When the summer came, she dropped “Bodak Yellow” and made all that money back.
With “Motorsport,” Migos’ single, pairing Cardi B and Nicki Minaj, blowing up, Cardi B is celebrating. Yesterday was Offset’s birthday and he’s the man Cardi B intends on marrying, so she bought him a Wraith, to celebrate 26. A lady named Eb the Celeb came for Cardi B, saying she “ain’t worth enough” to buy a Wraith, leading to Cardi giving her a read.
