All of this stuff, about Keaton Jones is horrible, and it goes beyond what words can express. However, all of this is only a symptom of the overall problem. A few weeks ago, a few rappers were killed, and people are killing themselves over bullying.
As a nation, America prides itself on being above certain things, but all of the prominent elections are about race. Even the president is being accused of being racist, due to comments he’s made. People are bolder than ever, letting it be known that they dislike people of a certain color.
Keaton Jones received a lot of money, via GoFundMe, and people looked his mother up and found the Confederate Flag. They accused her of being a racist and Keaton of using the N-word, setting Black Twitter off. Now, there are people, primarily White, openly saying “F Black Twitter,” which they probably wanted to say anyway, which is just sad.
IF Keaton was calling his Black classmates the “N word,” he should stop it, because he should know better, even despite what his parents may or may not have said. Joe Shilling has accused his mother of saying she “just wanted money,” when he offered to bring Keaton to Vegas and be his friend. But, overall, this situation is allowing another race war to take place over Twitter, and if this is really America, people need to stop setting people off and maybe Black Twitter won’t be so “hostile,” as there’ll be no need to defend everything.
