Drake shuts down a fan who accuses him of taking credit for The Weeknd writing #TakeCare, telling him Abel CO-wrote a few tracks and “don’t try me” [PHOTO]

Coming into 2017, fans were demanding Drake to just go ahead and release More Life. Because of how he dominated every other year, people expected Drake to be back with more hits. Instead, he decided to essentially take 2017 off.

The Toronto rapper went on hiatus, as Cardi B emerged as the biggest thing in 2017. This year saw Migos rise to the top of the game, Playboi Carti and Kodak Black cement their statuses, and DJ Khaled dominate. Then, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Future, and French Montana had runs.

Drake, meanwhile, came out of his hiatus to celebrate Take Care on its sixth anniversary. One fan decided to go against the grain and challenge Drake, saying The Weeknd wrote the album. It wasn’t long before Drake got that fan straight and then told him “don’t try me.”
