With her music, K. Michelle is always pushing the envelope. She has her album, Kimberly: The People I Used To Know, coming soon. The album has spawned a few different singles, featuring Chris Brown, among many others.
Also, with this album, K. Michelle has continued blending genres, as she’s quick to remind people she isn’t just an R&B singer. This week saw her drop the “Birthday” visuals. Just due to how unique and racy they were, they had people talking.
K. Michelle knows how to push the envelope, but she never sacrifices the quality, while doing so. These things have helped her maintain a major presence, in music, and television. With “Birthday” being such an immediate success, “Birthday” is the Video of the Week.
