YG Hootie was emerging, back when Kendrick Lamar was taking the game over, in 2012. Ironically, the song that helped break Kendrick was Game’s “The City,” where he dropped the hook. Now, YG Hootie has his own record, called “The City,” where Kendrick is featured.
