Rick Ross responds to Birdman’s rant, telling his reply is a year too late, and his payment is five years too late “pay the man, stop playing games, and pay the man” [VIDEO]

Currently, Rick Ross is on the outs with Birdman, but he is not calling it a beef. Instead, and he has maintained this since 2014, he wants to urge Birdman to do the right thing. Owing Lil Wayne close to $100 million, Wayne is demanding his pay before returning to work.

Rick Ross spoke out, in defense of Lil Wayne and the other unpaid members of Cash Money, early this year. On his “Idols Become Rivals” track, he aired Birdman out. Throughout the record, Rick Ross cited how he “used to look up to” Birdman, until he saw him for who he is.

This morning, Birdman finally directly spoke on Lil Wayne, and this whole situation for the first time. He went off on his Instagram Live about the people talking and don’t know “Wayne is my son.” None of this impressed Rick Ross, who simply demanded Birdman to “pay the man.”
