For whatever reason, these Chicago rappers don’t always receive the credit they deserve. But, G Herbo is that guy, and nobody can take that from him. Anyone who follows him knows he lives up to Humble Beast, the title of his debut album.
Every year, there is an artist who has breakout success, and goes onto have a dominating year. It’s usually a crap shoot if that artist goes onto have longevity. But, the artists that work hard and stay consistent usually have long careers and G Herbo falls into that category.
G Herbo released Humble Beast, last week, and the album has done moderately well. On the iTunes chart, Humble Beast made the top twenty-five. His debut album debuted at number twenty-one and he said this is his life’s work.
