DeShaun Watson, Houston Texans’ quarterback, gives his first game paycheck of $27,353, to cafeteria workers who lost everything during #HurricaneHarvey [VIDEO]

There is so much more than what meets the eye to these athletes, who have been carelessly derided. Often times, these are the people who give back to the communities, harmed by all kinds of disasters. Just before the NFL season started, Hurricane Harvey devastated Houston.

The city is still in despair, but none of their professional sports teams had to relocate. Unfortunately, many of the residents of the city did have to relocate and readjust. To be quite frank about the situation, many people lost everything.

DeShaun Watson came forward and did the right thing for the city he represents, every time he takes the field. This man took his entire first game paycheck and gave it away. He donated his check, worth $27,353, to cafeteria workers, who lost all that they had.
