This past season, “Power” proved to be an addictive show. Each episode was can’t miss, as something surprising closed almost each episode. The monumental moment, though, was when Raina (Donshea Hopkins) was killed.
Coinciding with Raina being killed was Rashad Tate (Larenz Tate) being introduced. When Ghost (Omari Hardwick) was still behind bars, Tasha (Naturi Naughton) made a deal with Simon Stern (Victor Garber). The repayment was Ghost getting involved in a real estate deal.
Rashad Tate is the city councilman, who proved to be involved in more than it may appear. This was evidenced, from the beginning, when Tate revealed he knew Dre (Rotimi). Much more of this will play out in season five of “Power,” as Larenz Tate has been updated to a series regular.
