Yesterday, before she did her show in Louisiana, Janet Jackson did a video for the people. She told them she would be doing something special for the Hurricane Harvey victims. During times like these, people really need people.
Already, Beyonce is back in Houston, at the churches, and the shelters, doing drives. With her mother, they are helping to rebuild the morale of the victims of Harvey. Now, another music icon has entered the city, as a part of her concert.
Janet Jackson chose to keep her Houston show, in spite of the condition of the city. This has allowed her the opportunity to actually visit the Harvey victims. She was there, offering hugs, her time, and words of encouragement, before the show began.
