Scary enough that Hurricane Irma is the worst recorded hurricane in the history of the Atlantic Ocean. What Irma did to the Caribbean was no joke, ravaging the Virgin Islands. In St. Thomas, a roof was completely ripped from a high-priced home.
St. Thomas was not the only city impacted, as St. Marteen also caught a lot from the storm. There was tons of flooding in St. Marteen and then a lot of flooding also took place in Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, that isn’t all of the bad news.
Earlier tonight, it was reported that Hurricane Irma has caused at least three deaths. It’s a sad story and, presumably, these deaths took place on the islands. However, there is some good news, as Jet Blue is having mercy on Floridians, allowing them $99 flights to get to safety.
