Since last season, Tariq (Michael Rainey, Jr.) has been the most-frustrating character on “Power.” How well he has played the role shows how talented Michael Rainey, Jr. is, as an actor. On the season finale, he really showed his range.
Starz’ on-demand users, who have the app, caught the “Power” season four finale. This episode builds on the last episode, which saw the death of Raina (Donshea Hopkins). Dirty cop, Ray Ray (Marcus Callender) killed her.
Seeing how frustrating Tariq has been, all season long, this was just another reason for fans to hate him. But, it looks like Tariq may have finally learned something, as he stepped up for Raina’s memory and avenged her by getting Ray Ray. Some fans are still salty, but others are pleased with how he handled things.
