Last night, a Milwaukee promoter put Cardi B on blast. The actions he claims she made were nothing like the personality Cardi B has presented, these past two years. Often, many people credit Cardi B’s success on her authenticity.
Cardi B has had goals of becoming a star in the music industry and she gained her first hit, this summer. But, for years before this, Cardi B was building a solid following. Now, though, everyone will recognize the ability Cardi B has to make hits, via “Bodak Yellow.”
After seeing all of the Milwaukee backlash, Cardi B has taken to her own Instagram to defend herself. While she did not get to Milwaukee, on time, Cardi B explained that New York City had a storm that cancelled all flights, so the promoter put her on a small, private, jet, which left her unnerved. Because of this, she wasn’t quite herself.
