Right now, Kirk Frost is the go-to guy for jokes, because he messed up, big time. But, he was well-known in Atlanta for some time, as the head of the D-Lo label, where Rasheeda is still signed. He managed to help her become a marginal star, enough for VH1 to come calling.
Since then, Rasheeda, and Kirk for that matter, have become well-known as reality stars, on a national level. Seeing how things are, now, it’s hard to imagine Da Brat once being a bigger name. But, from 1994 until 2000, Da Brat was a big deal.
Now, Da Brat is a host on “Dish Nation,” where she spilled some major tea on Kirk. Back when she was considered one of the top emcees in the game, Da Brat had a lot of men coming at her. Among them was Kirk, whom Da Brat revealed spent hundreds on her, leaving his name and number for her, begging her to give him a call.
