A lot of people may have forgotten, but Charlie Murphy was announced as a new addition for “Power” season four. This morning, “Power” fans have gotten the season four premiere on demand. Now, they are getting to see Charlie Murphy do a drama role.
Those who follow “Power” know Ghost (Omari Hardwick) is in a tight spot, right now. Being sent to prison, Ghost is facing life, meanwhile he only has Tasha (Naturi Naughton) watching his back. Then, on the inside, Charlie Murphy’s character is on him.
The legend that is Charlie Murphy really died back in April. This is indeed hard to process, but it’s great that his work lives on. Fans of “Power” took a pause for the cause to pay Charlie Murphy his respects, one more time.
